MD86X series MEMS integrated navigation system

The MD862/863/867 MEMS integrated navigation system adopts high-precision domestic gyroscopes and accelerometers, magnetic sensors, temperature sensors, barometer, satellite receivers and other sensors. The domestic gyroscopes and accelerometers can replace foreign products of the same performance and also replace optical fiber integrated navigation products of the same precision. And customized services can be provided according to the needs of users. At the same time, it can receive information from the satellite differential system reference station. By using high-performance navigation algorithms to fuse multi-sensor information, it can output high-precision pitch, roll, heading, speed, position and other navigation information of the carrier. It is suitable for carriers such as vehicles, aircraft, robots and surface vehicles. In the most challenging environments, it can provide very superior attitude and navigation data.

      1. Wide application range: It adopts a four-mode satellite navigation system of GPS/BD2/GLONASS/GALILEO, featuring high tracking sensitivity. It is not only suitable for positioning and navigation in open areas but also applicable to complex environments such as streets and jungles.

      2. Strong adaptability: Silicon micro MEMS devices have strong resistance to vibration and shock, and can operate at full temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃.

          3. Excellent performance indicators: The horizontal attitude of the integrated navigation is 0.05°(RMS), the azimuth accuracy is 0.1°(2m baseline), the position is 0.01m (RTK differential), the speed is better than 0.03m/s(RMS), and it is small in size and light in weight.

      4. Under the condition of satellite loss of lock, it can maintain navigation accuracy for a relatively long time.

      5. Good user experience: Supports multiple serial ports such as RS-422, RS-232, and CAN, adjustable output bandwidth, adjustable output protocol, and online upload of programs/parameters.

      6. The maximum output frequency of navigation data is 200Hz.
