Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze the structure of components and parts in accordance with technical requirements and draw corresponding drawings, write and compile technical documents and draw process flow diagrams;
2. Be responsible for drawing equipment assembly drawings and part drawings. Provide manufacturing drawings to the production department and solve possible production technical problems; Possess the ability to analyze the structural strength, integrity, reliability, material standardization, processability and safety of products.
3. Be responsible for the structural design and manufacturing process design of non-standard equipment, and participate in quality tracking during the processing of non-standard equipment. Capable of independently designing mechanical projects, with innovative ability and good appearance design skills.
4. Cooperate with electrical engineers to complete the design and manufacture of non-standard equipment, and provide technical guidance, coordination and communication during the on-site commissioning process of production.
5. Participate in the control of production costs, estimate the design and manufacturing costs of non-standard equipment, and be responsible for selecting the purchased materials used in the equipment.
Job Requirements
1. Major in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields, with a college degree or above, and over 1 year of relevant design work experience. Outstanding candidates may have their requirements relaxed.
2. Familiar with mechanical principles, proficient in mechanical processing techniques, and skilled in computer-aided design;
3. Those with overall design experience and the ability to independently write various reports, specifications, etc. will be given priority.
3. Proficient in using mechanical structure design software and master at least one mainstream mechanical design software
4. Work carefully and meticulously, be able to truthfully report problems encountered, be diligent and down-to-earth, endure hardships, obey arrangements, have a sense of responsibility, possess teamwork spirit, have no bad habits, and be capable of completing other tasks assigned by the company.
