Job Description
• Be responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, joint testing and debugging of inertial navigation equipment to ensure that the system performance meets the standards;
On-site fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, providing technical solutions and generating commissioning reports;
• Cooperate with the R&D team to optimize product design, and provide feedback on field test data and customer demands;
• Participate in on-site demonstrations and technical training for customers, and assist in completing acceptance and delivery;
• Connect with customer demands, formulate technical solutions for the pod system, and complete the writing of the proposal and tender documents;
Participate in technical exchanges with customers and answer professional questions such as product performance and application scenarios;
• Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, competitive analysis and business negotiations;
Track industry trends, distill the core selling points of products, and optimize the pre-sale technical database;
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, automation, optoelectronic technology, mechanical engineering or related fields;
Familiarity with the principles of instruments and meters as well as industrial control equipment is required. Candidates with experience in hardware debugging or field testing are preferred.
• Be able to adapt to business trips (in remote areas or special environments), and possess strong stress resistance.
• Possess the ability to write basic documents and be proficient in using debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters;
• Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and proficient in using tools such as CAD and PPT for technical presentation;
Strong service awareness and good ability to maintain customer relationships;
Have a certain learning ability and possess basic product debugging skills.
