Design and develop navigation algorithms, including aspects such as path planning, positioning, and map matching; Analysis, simulation, algorithm and program design using inertial navigation theory;
2. Be responsible for the calibration and error compensation of inertial navigation and integrated navigation systems; Utilize the mathematical modeling, implementation and optimization of navigation algorithms, and collaborate with other teams to conduct vehicle or entire system testing and verification
3. Be responsible for drafting product design plans and design task books, and guide and participate in the argumentation and review of design plans
4. Keep track of the cutting-edge of navigation algorithm technology and continuously promote the research and application of navigation algorithms.
Job Requirements
1. Possess a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, communication, mathematics or related fields, as well as in navigation, guidance and control, with over 2 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Be familiar with the basic theories and algorithms of inertial navigation systems and integrated navigation systems (such as Kalman filtering algorithm), as well as the hardware structures and principles of commonly used inertial devices (such as various gyroscopes);
3. Familiar with the theory and application of navigation algorithms, with experience in MEMS and optical fiber inertial navigation error models, inertial navigation algorithms, integrated navigation algorithms, and corresponding projects;
4. Proficient in C/C+ language. Candidates with development experience in DSP, ZYNQ, ARM, FPGA, etc. are preferred.
5. Possess a strong foundation in mathematics and algorithm analysis skills, as well as a good coding style; Excellent document writing skills, capable of independently compiling technical documents such as patents, reports, and solutions
