Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the structural scheme design, detailed design and optimization of pods (aviation/Marine/vehicle-mounted, etc.) to ensure that the structure meets the requirements of performance, weight, cost and reliability;
2. Conduct simulation analysis on structural strength, stiffness, vibration and fatigue, and cooperate with the testing team to complete the test verification.
3. Lead material selection, process design and lightweight solutions, and coordinate the supply chain and production departments to ensure manufacturability;
4. Output standardized engineering drawings, BOM lists and technical documents, and assist in solving technical problems during the production and assembly processes;
5. Participate in product testing, airworthiness certification and customer technical support to ensure the project is delivered on time and with high quality.
Professional requirements
1. Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, naval architecture and ocean engineering, vehicle engineering or related fields.
2. Skill Requirements
Proficient in using structural design and simulation tools (such as SolidWorks/CATIA, ANSYS/NASTRAN, etc.);
Familiar with structural mechanics, dynamic analysis and the application of composite materials;
Understand relevant standards in industries such as aviation, shipping, and vehicles (such as airworthiness clauses, CCS regulations, etc.);
Those with experience in finite element analysis (FEA), topology optimization or fluid structure coupling analysis are preferred.
Be familiar with the characteristics and processing techniques of common metal/non-metal materials (such as CNC, composite material forming, 3D printing, etc.).
3. Experience requirements
More than 1 year of structural design experience. Candidates with experience in the development of similar products such as pods, airborne equipment, and fairing are preferred.
Those who have participated in the entire product development process (design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery) are preferred.

Learning and adaptability: Be sensitive to new technologies and new processes, and be able to flexibly adjust working methods in fast-paced projects.
